Cheap hosting in India isn't cheap in year two
The ₹69 headline is an introductory rate on a multi-year prepay. When it renews, it renews at the real price. Here is what that actually looks like.

Is the flat renewal price a real commitment or a promotion?
It's a term of service. Clause 4 of our Terms states that the rate on your first invoice is the rate on every renewal invoice for as long as the service runs continuously on the same plan. If we raise list prices for new customers, existing customers are not moved onto them.
The two honest exceptions, both written into that clause: a change in government tax rates, and domain registration fees, which are set by the registry (NIXI, Verisign, PIR) and not by us.
How do I pay? Do you take UPI?
UPI, all major Indian debit and credit cards, net banking from the main banks, and NEFT/RTGS bank transfer for annual invoices above ₹10,000. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateway — we never see or store your card details.
Can you move my existing site over?
Yes, free, on Business and above. Send us cPanel access or a full backup file and we'll move the site, databases and email, then give you a staging URL to check everything before we touch DNS. Most migrations finish within one working day with no visible downtime.
What does the 99.9% uptime SLA actually pay out?
If monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, you get a service credit: 10% of that month's fee for each full 0.1% below target, up to 100%. You claim it by opening a ticket within 30 days — we don't require you to prove the outage, our monitoring is the reference. Full detail in the SLA.
Scheduled maintenance, announced at least 48 hours ahead and capped at 4 hours a month, is excluded. So is downtime caused by your own code or a DDoS aimed at your site specifically.
Do you really refund within 30 days?
Yes, on hosting fees, no questions asked, back to the original payment method within 7 working days. Domain registrations are the exception — once a domain is registered with the registry that fee is spent and cannot be recovered, so it's deducted from the refund. We state the domain fee separately at checkout for exactly this reason.
Where are the servers?
In Indian data centres, so your data stays in-country and Indian visitors get much lower latency than a Singapore or US-hosted site. Specific facility details are on the About page.
